Bergstrom
The color is deep ruby red with pale reflections of pink at the rim of the glass. On the nose you will find bright and youthful aromas of bright red cherry, red currant, chocolate and sweet spices such as clove, cinnamon and vanilla. These aromas echo in the generous mouthfeel with bright red berry and high-toned sweet spices finishing with good acid and fine tannins and a healthy amount of ripeness, characteristic of this warm vintage.
Wine Spectator
Smooth and ripe, with a meaty edge to the blackberry and cherry flavors, turning toward dark chocolate as the finish lingers generously. Best from 2009 through 2014.

The impressive lineup of 2006 Pinot Noirs (discussed in the order of presentation at the winery) begins with the 2006 Pinot Noir Cumberland Reserve, a blend of 15 different vineyards. Medium ruby-colored, it offers an expressive bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and cassis. Elegantly-styled, it has a silky mouth-feel, savory flavors, and good length. It lacks only complexity but that may emerge with time in the bottle. Drink it over the next eight years.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
